incorrect room no apology
the location was good for accessing nearby restaurants. it was acceptable.
I booked a king room. however, i was given a double room instead. the employee insisted it was the correct room even after i showed him photos. It felt dishonest. i was disappointed there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation such as a refund.

wonderful central stay

friendly staff great location quality tea helpful staff
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location was great for exploring. it was close to shops, restaurants, and the metro (a short walk). the tea provided was high quality (from a specialty shop).
the shower cabin has a transparent door, so it doesn't offer much privacy.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel provided bathrobes, slippers and towels for my stay. there was a capsule coffee machine and tea available at the reception. i could use these amenities at any time which was very convenient.
Dining

the breakfast plan was good value (especially the fresh pastries!). the restaurant staff were professional and serious about the food. i enjoyed the breakfast and also returned for dinner one evening.
Location
10/10
the hotel is in a quiet location, yet central. i could easily walk everywhere without needing public transportation. it is slightly off the main tourist trail. two metro stations are nearby.

the room was clean, it had a hot shower. the location was central, very peaceful.
the room was uncomfortably warm, i could not control the thermostat. the lack of a refrigerator was a major inconvenience. i needed to store breast milk, and the hotel directed me to their restaurant across the street. they misplaced our milk and lost some of our food.
